Panic. Panic , panic in the city
We all experience stress but why? some experience it more than others , even unhealthy amounts , while some people appear not to , but why is this? I'll be talking through some examples where stress can appear. First up , forgetting what we like or do when meeting someone new.
there is always room for more research.
I grantee there's always room for more research in specific areas of science and the brain is incredibly complex due to how difficult it is to analyse with the high risk of brain damage at a more physical approach. There are billions of interconnected neurons and scientists have only been able to map regions of the brain to particular functions.
Questions 😥
Well my dear friends , lets have a little look at why some of us may struggle with answering questions we know the answers to. :)
There's nothing quite like the awkward moment where you forget who you are and what you like in a discussion , many people struggle with this as it is typically stress response.
A similar example of this for some , would be exams. Much like conversations with new people , exams are tests , asking you to provide information or solve problems which many people blank out over and this is because of stress (which I've already said , mb) , leading to any information you previously knew , potentially off by heart , to be hidden in the moment.
